Ordering over the phone, we were welcomed, where we placed our order. We were then told our order would be between 15-20 minutes wait, which is a respectable time to wait. When we went to collect our food, we were again welcomed as we came in by smartly dressed staff. Paying for the meal, it was of good value - £6.95 for the Chicken Tikka Masala and just £2.20 for a portion of Pilau Rice. What is extra special is that you get a 15% discount for collection on placing an order for a takeaway.
The restaurant also looked very inviting and we would be more than happy to try. There were a reasonable amount of customers using the restaurant and all appeared to be enjoying themselves. The dish from the Raj Indian Cuisine is an inviting orangey colour, which makes it very appealing to the eye and makes it appear a very rich and satisfying taste. The chicken is traditionally cooked in a clay oven and was very tender. It accompanied the elegant and fruity Masala sauce beautifully and gave it terrific texture. After paying for our meal, we swiftly received it from the kitchen.  Overall our satisfaction with the meal was high and if you haven’t tried eating here, then you should definitely give it a go. We had a fabulous experience. Great food, friendly staff.
